Original Civil War period information card pertaining to the Union Volunteer Refreshment Saloon, located on Washington Street, Philadelphia. The Union Volunteer Refreshment Committee was organized on May 27, 1861. Card measures 5.25 x 3.75 (Open). Rare item - the first one I have ever seen.
