Reunion ribbon measuring 6.5 x 2 inches. Original celluloid badge with intact pin bar on top of red, white and blue ribbon. Badge depicts Lieutenant Colonel William H. Baird (POW at Harper's Ferry and Killed at Petersburg). Ribbon is frayed above the lettering and below the celluloid badge.
Reunion held at Geneva, NY on August 22, 1906.
